The stock availability is not always 100%, once the order is submitted, you will be always contacted to inform you if the order is complete or is missing a few articles, so you can decide whether to process your order or waiting for it to complete.

SHIPMENTS
Shipments in Italy generally carry with TNT courier (delivery in 24/48 hours).

For shipments in Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria the delivery time is around 3/4 days.

When shipped the package, you will receive an email containing the code for tracking, so you can have an eye on the shipment of Vs. package.

Up to 5 kg. expenses amounted to € 9.00 + VAT,

Cash on delivery costs: remember that if payment is chosen on delivery, the shipping charges will be increased and amounted to 2.5% of total order with minimum € 5.00.

4 PAYMENT METHODS

- Cash on delivery
The payment will be in cash upon receipt of goods so we recommend to prepare the exact amount shown in the alert email shipment because the courier can not 'give change.
By choosing this type of payment you will have to add 2.5% of the total order with a minimum of € 5.00 (commission that holds the courier).

Cash on delivery is only possible for shipments in Italy.

- Bank transfer in advance
If you choose this method, the IBAN will be sent at the time of the order confirmation. Before you pay by bank waiting for the ns. email which will inform you if all the items ordered are available.

- Pay Pal

After confirming the order, after the ns. control of stock availability, you will receive by email the payment request from pyapal.

- Credit card
To pay by credit card we use the Pay Pal Pay Pal platform because it protects all your data with industry-leading security and fraud prevention.
After confirming the order with your payment by credit card, you will receive an email with the ns. request for payment, at the bottom of this email you will find the PAY NOW button, clicking it you will go on a secure PayPal page where you will find a form to fill in with your data and those of your credit card.

Quotation on request
You can ask for a quotation of any article not only BERGEON brand (www.bergeon.ch) or brand HOROTECH (www.horotech.ch) provided they are not present on our site already .
